  • Easy and fast soaking roughage mash
  • Free from cereals, molasses and alfalfa
  • With nettle and rosehip

Hartog Haycobs are roughage cobs made for soaking: hay, dried grass and barley straw, with linseed, rose hips and nettles. No grains or molasses are added and the sugar and starch content is naturally low. Soaked, they make a soft roughage mash that is easy to eat and easy to mix with a balancer or supplement. A practical way to add extra roughage meals to the daily ration, and a good fit for older horses with dental problems.

Hartog Haycobs come in 15 kg bags. Always soak them before feeding; the soaking time is on the bag.

Use them to add roughage meals next to hay, or as a fibre-based alternative to grain-rich mashes.
