When will I receive my order?
The status of your order will be displayed in your order confirmation. The order will be shipped when the products are in stock.
Who will deliver my order?
The delivery of your order depends on the specifics of the order. DPD will deliver the order if you do not have a VAT number and/or if you are not a bulk buyer or dealer.
If you are a dealer or bulk buyer, please contact us so that we can provide you with a quote.
Where can I track my order?
At the moment it’s not possible to track your order. You will receive a confirmation of your order.
What happens to my order if I’m not at home?
If you are not at home when the delivery is attempted, the parcel service (DPD) will make two more attempts to deliver the products to you. If you are not at home during those attempts either, the order will be delivered to a nearby DPD pickup point where you can collect it.
For pallet orders, a new appointment will need to be scheduled to arrange a delivery time.
What is the delivery time?
Normally, your package will be delivered to the specified address within 4-5 working days. If this is different, please contact us.
Can you deliver internationally?
Currently, we deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg Germany, and Austria. The delivery times for these countries are the same. To have your order delivered to a country other than the Netherlands, simply enter the corresponding country in the address details when placing your order.
