Hartog Grass Mix

Hartog Grass Mix is a carefully composed forage mix based on high-quality grass. This forage mix is rich in soft fibers, making it an ideal product as a (partial) forage replacement for older horses or horses with reduced chewing ability. The Grass Mix is perfect for horses with a need for high and consistent-quality forage. Hartog Grass Mix contains both the stems and leaf material of grass to fully harness the benefits of grass. The grass stems provide structure and a high fiber content. The leaf material of grass is rich in nutrients such as naturally occurring vitamins, minerals, and trace elements. The leaf material of the grass is bound with vegetable glycerin and a small percentage of molasses. By binding the leaf material and using an artificial drying process, Hartog Grass Mix is also a suitable product for horses sensitive to dust. Hartog Grass Mix can be fed separately or mixed with concentrate feed/balancers. It is enriched with grass pellets for added diversity and fiber. Due to its high palatability and soft texture, this forage mix is also highly suitable for picky eaters.
