What payment methods are available?

When placing an order on the webshop, you can select the payment method during step 4 of the ordering process.

Once the payment method is chosen, you will be redirected to your bank’s website where the payment order is ready, and you will be prompted by your bank to enter the relevant information. The amount will then be deducted directly from your bank account.

Are the products inclusive of VAT?

The products displayed for individuals include VAT but exclude shipping costs.

Can I pay after receiving my order?

At the moment, this is not possible.

I have lost the invoice. Can I get a copy?

Certainly, if you have lost the invoice, please send an email to: info@hartog.eu with the order number and/or address details mentioned so that we can locate your order in our system.
