Where can I place an order?
You can place an order through Hartog’s webshop. To do this, click on “Log in” in the top right corner and create an account, or click on the shopping cart icon. Once an account is created, you can easily place an order by clicking on the yellow shopping cart icon, which will take you to our webshop environment where you can place your order.
The webshop can be used by individuals, bulk buyers, and dealers.
Can I pick up my order?
It is possible to pick up large orders of more than 1 pallet at Hartog itself (Lambertschaag). If you want to pick up your order at one of our dealers, it is best to place the order directly with the dealer. Orders smaller than 1 pallet placed through our webshop will be delivered only.
Can my order be delivered to a different address?
Certainly! When finalizing your order, you have the option to provide a different shipping address under “Specify a different shipping address.” Here, you can enter a different shipping address so that the order will be delivered to the desired location.
If you are using afterpay and paying for the order afterwards, this option is not available, and the billing address and shipping address must match.
Can I modify or cancel my placed order?
If you have placed an order but would like to modify or cancel it, please contact us by calling: +31 (0) 229 58 12 32 (Mon-Fri from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Sat from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm) or by sending an email to: info@hartog.eu
If the order has already been shipped it cannot be modified.
Hartog Discount Codes
The following conditions apply to the use of Hartog discount codes or coupon codes:
- In many cases, our discount codes are linked to an email address.
- The discount code cannot be used in combination with a different email address.
- The nature, duration, and expiration date of an offer, as well as other specific usage conditions, can be found in the communication where the discount code is provided. After this period, the discount code cannot be used anymore.
- Hartog-issued discount codes can be used for purchases made on the Hartog webshop. The discount codes are not valid for items offered by third parties.
- Unless stated otherwise, each discount code can be used only once per person.
- If you return the products for which you used the discount code, the discount will no longer be applicable.
- You cannot exchange discount codes for cash. Discount codes cannot be used to obtain a discount on products other than the ones specified in the relevant discount code offer and described in the communications where the discount code is provided.
- Discount codes are issued only once. No compensation will be provided in case of theft or loss, including accidental deletion of emails.
- It is not permitted to modify or falsify discount codes, including hacking, virus distribution, spamming, or forwarding.
- Discount codes cannot be used for commercial purposes or any other purposes other than those for which they are issued.
- Any fraudulent or unauthorized activities will be recorded and result in the denial of discount code usage.
- The discount code cannot be combined with other discount promotions.
